PRAGUE, March 7 (CTK) - The government of Premier Vladimir Spidla (senior government Social Democrats, CSSD) will undergo a test in the coming week when the rent bill is discussed in the Chamber of Deputies.

The bill is the result of a fragile compromise, but some members of the junior government Freedom Union (US-DEU) have taken exception to it and Tomas Vrbik, who left the party last week, has come out against the bill.

Last year, the CSSD joined the junior opposition Communist Party (KSCM) in passing the bill and ignored its coalition partners, the junior government Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) and the US-DEU, who wanted …
