Long bench has horns sitting pretty.(College Basketball)
Here in the handsome, manly new Texas dressing room, none of the Longhorns is likely to wander off into a corner and hide from his teammates. There are no corners. The dark wood lockers are arranged in a semi-circle, which seems a calculated attempt to engender a sense of warmth and community. Maybe it's working.
This is not your typical big-time team. Coach Rick Barnes juggles 11 quality players: five inside guys any top 25 team would eagerly employ, four wings capable of 20-point games and two talented point guards. It would not be entirely accurate to say Barnes is keeping them all happy. But winning is.
