IT WAS like the Pearl Harbor attack all over again.
When nobody was looking, Del Monte sneaked in from nowhere and snatched the 57th PAL Interclub Golf Championship last weekend at Pueblo de Oro in Cagayan de Oro City.
It was so sudden even the German blitzkrieg would have had no answer to that.
Indeed, surprise is the best attack.
Nobody had given Del Monte a serious thought.
But it has happened. The team not given an iota of a chance to win it had won.
Fact is dead. Fiction is alive.
