CALIFORNIA
Simi Valley-Lenders First Choice has added Jim Brady as senior vice president of national title operations. In this position, he manages the title operations function for the company.
Prior to joining LFC, Mr. Brady served as division manager for Commerce Title Co., a division of Centex, where he oversaw settlement services operations.
He has also held executive positions with The Associates/CitiGroup, First American and LandSafe.
Santa Ana-The First American Corp. said that Christopher Del Moral-Niles has been named treasurer and an officer of the corporation.
Mr. Niles brings 15 years of financial services industry experience to this position. He joins First American from Union Bank of California NA, where he most recently served as senior vice president and director of liability management for the bank.
He also served as president and director of UnionBanCal Commercial Funding Corp. and had previously served as the bank's asset/liability strategist.
