FORT DEL PILAR, Baguio City-Retired Army Maj. Gen. Julius Javier, former commander of the Armed Forces of the Philippines' Visayas (now Central) Command, was the "super goat" of the Philippine Military Academy's Magiting Class of 1970.

Henceforth, he may also be known as the father of Cadet First Class Julia Javier, who ranked ninth among the 139 graduating members of PMA Maliyab Class 2004.
