Juggling the demands of work and family can be difficult for busy professionals, but help is at hand in the form of a novel new Moray business.

Former administrative assistant and freelance journalist Helen Grant has set up the north-east's first lifestyle management business out of her Forres home.

Perfectly Organised was launched this week, but the 30-year-old mother of two has already helped several clients with a variety of tasks, from finding an emergency plumber to starting a day nursery.
