The US salted biscuits manufacturer Pepperidge Farm is changing over to using a healthy baking oil which contains no trans-fatty acids, that is non-hydrogenated sunflower and rapeseed oil. In the first instance the change will be implemented for Goldfish cheese salted biscuits which are highly popular in America.
