Cairo 2 March: The Arab initiatives and suggestions for overhauling the region's situations have come before Washington's project to reform the Middle East, Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi said on Tuesday [2 March]

Al-Qirbi said in remarks on the sidelines of the 121st round of meetings of the Arab foreign ministers council that "the foreign initiatives are refused by the all Arab states because they do not deal with all the Middle East problems."
