TAIPEI, March 1 Asia Pulse - The new Taiwan dollar is expected to hover around against the U.S. dollar between a range of 33.35 to 33.45 this week, maintaining a trend of slight depreciation against the greenback, market dealers said Sunday.
Market dealers predicted that the local currency, continuing its depreciation trend against the U.S. dollar of last week, will further move down in value in the coming days, prompted by a weaker yen and stronger demand from local importers' for U.S. dollars.
