SEOUL, March 1 Asia Pulse - Global credit appraiser Fitch Ratings is not prepared to upgrade its current sovereign rating for South Korea because of the ongoing North Korean nuclear issues, Dow Jones reported in a Seoul dispatch Saturday, quoting a senior Fitch official.
Fitch last upgraded South Korea's sovereign rating to A with a stable outlook from BBB+ in June 2002.
