SINGAPORE, March 1 Asia Pulse - Singapore's factory output for January was up by a robust 18.1 per cent over the previous month's figure, the Economic Development Board said.

The growth was boosted by higher production in the biomedical manufacturing and transport engineering sectors, the board said.
