Budapest, February 29 (MTI) -Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP) chair Laszlo Kovacs told MTI on Sunday evening that the party's leadership had not yet discussed the prime minister's idea of a referendum on proposals he made in parliament.

"We will first have to consult with constitutional lawyers on the professional side of the issue," said Kovacs, who is also Hungary's foreign minister, responding to a query from MTI.
