The Canadian government has expressed its readiness to partner with the Bayelsa State government in area of common interests.

To this end, the business community in Canada has expressed its determination to explore business opportunities in the oil and gas rich state.

The Canadian High Commis-sioner to Nigeria, Mr. Howard Strauss dropped the hint in Yenagoa when he paid a courtesy call to the State Deputy Governor, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.
