Moscow, 27 February: The Office of Russia's Prosecutor-General today charged the chairman of the Russian Federal Property Fund, RFPF, Vladimir Malin, with abuse of office.

"The accused is now being questioned, after which a decision will be taken on whether to hold Malin in custody," the prosecutor's office said.
