BRNO, Feb 25 (CTK) - The Supreme Court must always explain its decisions, according to a ruling by the Constitutional Court, which today complied with a proposal of the plaintiffs Jana and Pavel Boukal to cancel a part of the civil court procedures.

"The clause violated the guaranteed right to a fair trial, the duty to explain the verdict," judge Pavel Varvarovsky said.

The Supreme Court did not have to explain its decision if it turned down recourses for inadmissibility in civil litigation, though in penal affairs it had to explain its verdicts.
