Diversified Financial Resources Corp. (DFRC), a holding company trading under the stock symbol OTCBB:DFRC, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in "Impact Beverages Inc." (Impact) of Scottsdale, Ariz.
