The 58th Annual Coleman Chamber Ensemble Competition will take place April 24-25, 2004, at Caltech in Pasadena, California.

Among the prizes will be a $6,000 Coleman Association Centennial Award, a $4,000 Coleman-Barstow Award for Strings, a $4,000 Coleman Award for Woodwinds or Brass, a $3,000 Saunderson Award and a $2,000 Russell Award.

The competition is open to nonprofessional instrumental ensembles of three to six players who are prepared under the direction of a professional coach.
