GLOMAC SIGNS SPA TO ACQUIRE LAND IN KELANA JAYA FOR RM27.4 MLN.

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 11 (Bernama) -- Glomac Bhd had signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Hicom Menang Properties Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of nine parcels of land for a cash consideration RM27.4 million.
Out of the nine lands, eight are freehold vacant land for shop offices and one parcel of vacant land for a car park in Kelana Jaya Urban Centre, the group's executive chairman Datuk F D Mansor said today.
Measuring 181,736 square feet, the nine parcels of land for development are located directly behind the new Giant Hypermarket along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, he said in a …
