HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - A Hong Kong task force discussing the future of democracy in the territory with leaders in Beijing today continued talks on whether the former British colony should be allowed to hold full elections.

The delegation's head, Chief Secretary of Administration Donald Tsang, will take his team into talks with the Chinese parliament, the National People's Congress, to seek their advice on holding full elections in Hong Kong by 2007. …
