LEE Miller may have lacked goals in recent weeks, but he has demonstrated beyond doubt that he isn't without considerable bottle.

Countless young players down the years have incurred the wrath of the Ashton Gate crowd during times of trial. Some have wilted altogether and disappeared without trace, while others have offered the proverbial two-fingered salute to their 'fans' and come storming back.
