NCMA completes its Executive Council (EC) for 2001-2002 with the following new national vice presidents-elect (NVP-E) for the Association's eight regions. The NVPs-E join the other new national officers (see Contract Management, July 2001) in leading the association for the program year. Each NVP-E is second in command in his or her region and will become national vice president (NVP) of the region next year. The NVPs-E are elected by the chapter presidents of their regions in accordance with the NCMA Bylaws. Along with the NVPs, they are responsible for relaying members' and chapters' concerns to the EC and the national Board of Directors, as well as reporting national issues to the chapters. The NVPs-E also serve on the National Education Seminar Advisory Board as representatives of their regions. We congratulate them and wish them a very productive and successful year.
