In May, Thomas E. Kelkis, CPCM, NGMA's national president-elect, received a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Johns Hopkins University. A senior proposal manager for United Defense, Kelkis earned the degree over three years while simultaneously working full-time and performing duties as national vice president for the northeastern region and national vice president for membership.
