ZAGREB, Feb 3 (ONASA/AFP) - Croatian vice Prime Minister Andrija Hebrang appealed Tuesday to fugitive general Ante Gotovina to surrender to a UN war crimes court after its chief prosecutor said he would be granted provisional release if he appeared before the court. "It is general Gotovina's turn now, since this offer gave him the possibility to defend himself in the court ... and to relieve of that burden himself, the Homeland (1991-95) war and Croatia," Hebrang told journalists.
