ZAGREB, Feb 3 (ONASA/AFP) - Croatian vice Prime Minister Andrija Hebrang appealed Tuesday to fugitive general Ante Gotovina to surrender to a UN war crimes court after its chief prosecutor said he would be granted provisional release if he appeared before the court.
