Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has instructed Kenya's special envoy to Somalia, Ambassador Bethuel Kiplagat, to move with speed and recall all Somali leaders, including those Somalia, to participate in the final phase of conference.

The conference will select members of the Somali Transitional Federal Parliament of the Republic of Somalia.
