George Belev, CPCM

Capitol Region

New York Chapter

George Belev has been an NCMA member since 1982, and has served as national director and president of the Capital Region New York chapter, of which he was a founding member. He has represented the chapter at many regional and national events, such as the National Educational Conference and leadership conferences. He regularly networks with professional society members interested in issues related to federal acquisition, subcontract management, risk management, and program management. He has also published extensively in the field. Currently, Mr. Belev is an advisory engineer for Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Inc. in Scotia, NY.

Lynnette K. Blackburn, CPCM, CACM

St. Louis Chapter

Lynnette Blackburn has been an NCMA member since 1988, and has served as president, secretary, education chair, Graalman chair, and membership chair of the St. Louis chapter. For two years in a row she served as the South Central Region's publicity chairperson. She has developed and taught "Doing Business with the Government" and "Negotiate with Style" workshops for the chapter.
