Moscow, 2 February: The management board of the Yukos oil company decided today to sack Mikhail Brudno from the management board of the company and from his post as president of Yukos RM [the company's refining and marketing branch].

According to a company press release, the decision was taken on a recommendation by the Yukos board of directors that no shareholders should be allowed to interfere in the operational management of the company.
