Hungary ready to improve ties with N. Korea.

By Seo Hyun-jin Hungary wants improved relations with North Korea even though bilateral ties have chilled over the last 15 years, the country's deputy foreign minister said.

Improved relations would be contingent on various conditions, Gabor Szentivanyi said in a written interview with The Korea Herald prior to coming to Seoul to mark the 15th anniversary of Hungary-South Korea ties.

He did not elaborate on conditions needed to improve relations between his country and the North, which have declined since Hungary and South Korea established diplomatic links.
