Secret report bares plot to oust FPJ if he wins.

MOVIE idol Fernando Poe Jr. will assume office after his "expected victory" in the presidential elections but will be asked to step down shortly afterwards, according to a "secret" report of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Isafp).
If Poe refuses, he will be "physically eliminated" and replaced by a military junta whose members will be handpicked and led by opposition Sen. Gregorio "Gringo" Honasan, says the eight-page report.
This "probable scenario" is part of what the Isafp calls "Campaign Plan Andres," an "elaborate and sinister plot to take over the government by extralegal means."
"It is based on the premise that the Philippines is on the verge of collapse and there is a need for radical changes," says the report.
A top military official based in Camp Aguinaldo furnished the Inquirer the other night a copy of the "declassified" report that includes the Isafp analysis of Campaign Plan Andres.
