A "GIANT" naval cyclone boat worth $30 million is arriving in the country on Feb. 23 as part of United States military assistance to the Philippines.

President Macapagal-Arroyo made the announcement yesterday at the Rotary International Presidential Celebration on Poverty Alleviation at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

Addressing the Rotarians, the President said the donation was one of the fruits of restored RP-US relations during her term.
