AN OFFICIAL of the Bulacan provincial government said the province's budget and financial records are available to the public anytime and can be scrutinized to remove doubts that the people's money were being spent illegally.
Ma. Cecilia Yacob, provincial public affairs officer, issued the statement on Thursday after the Movement for Responsible Enterprise (More) claimed that the Bulacan government's "questionably creative" budget allocation in 2003 triggered the alleged misuse of the province's Special Education Fund (SEF).
