WEST NYACK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2004

Solucorp Industries Ltd. (SLUP) announced today that the Board of Directors has hired an advisor to recommend a plan for the Company that is designed to strengthen management as the Company begins commercializing new products. The plan will also focus on the hiring of additional new senior management. As part of the introduction and commercialization of Solucorp's new product lines, the Company will continue to use the services of Mr. Joseph Theismann, previously of the National Football League, as spokesman for the Company. The Board of Directors has also hired a compliance officer to establish new policies and procedures for meeting regulatory requirements.
