Cambridge-based contact lens manufacturer CLPL, which bought UltraVision International last year, has completed the restructuring of the two companies.
The changes have led to the formation of a new executive management team (pictured) and the departure of two UltraVision directors.
The deal, finalised in the summer (News, September 12), made CLPL one of the largest independent suppliers of contact lenses in Europe. This week CLPL confirmed that it and UltraVision would continue to operate as separate entities, each marketing its own product range. However, there would now be a single management team.
