NEW DELHI, Jan 26 Asia Pulse - In a major relief to PT Wings Surya, an Indonesian company manufacturing and marketing soaps, detergents and toiletries under the GIV and SOKLIN brands, the Delhi High Court has restrained two domestic firms and their agents from using similar brands to promote their products.
