How sad it is to be writing of the perfect summer album as fall begins to turn the green leaves yellow, red, and gold; sadder still it is to realize that by the time this review is published, winter will be here and the summer sun will be a distant memory at best for the vast majority of those reading this. Still, the tardiness of this review does not diminish the timeliness of this CD, which captures the paradox of summer, when it is so bright that at times you just can't see, when the mornings come so early that you can't get of bed until late, when there is so much motion that everything seems to be standing still.
