Cingular tries to be different. It was the first to let customers roll over calling minutes to the next month. And it's the only one with Fast. Forward, a $40 device that conveniently forwards cell calls to a landline phone without eating up cell minutes. The service usually costs $2.99 a month but is free for some combined cell and landline plans.
