A Florida court has partially overturned the manslaughter conviction of a boater who killed six people in 1997 while operating his boat drunk. The Fourth District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach ruled part of the conviction invalid July 18, based on a recent Florida Supreme Court ruling over the handling of evidence.
