The article by Hans Sennholz ("Understanding Unemployment," November 17) leaves me with a Catch-22 feeling. Of course government regulations have greatly hurt the American worker, but at the same time, if not for some state laws regarding overtime and break periods, we could very well be back in a slave-type situation in the workplace.
