KARACHI, January 13: Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri on Tuesday suggested that Pakistan and India should instigate much-awaited parleys at Foreign Secretary Level. "This is merely my proposal, however, the final decision in this regard would be taken at the top level but one thing I want to make clear is that the composite dialogue between the two countries would take place as per schedule," he observed this while talking to newsmen here.
