Important Features of a Credit Application
The key points to consider in a credit application are continued from the October 2003 issue of Business Credit. Not every company may need the following information, but some sample language has been included for guidance purposes only.

Many different provisions can be included in a "provisions" section of a credit application. Not all provisions may fit the seller's/creditor's needs, but the following key provisions should be considered:
