At least a 100,000 people have joined today's protest march to call on the government to speed up political reform.

According to estimates by rally organizers, protesters are still filing into the Central Government Office compound, three hours after they set off from Victoria Park.

As Cecil Wang reports organizers said a surprisingly high turnout is another victory for the democratization process.

[Wang] New Year's Day may be a public holiday, but pro-democracy campaigners say they can not afford to take a break in Hong Kong's drive to full democracy.
