Here we have Garlicky Kangkong, Tuna Fried Rice and Steamed Fish in Clear Sauce.
Garlicky Kangkong
1 bundle Chinese kangkong, approx. 450 g
3 tbsp corn or canola oil
2 tbsp well-pounded garlic
