Thus said Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay as he led the city's "United Opposition" in filing certificates of candidacy at the local Commission on Election (Comelec) office yesterday.
The mayor filed his certificate along with Vice Mayor Ernesto Mercado, re-electionist Congressmen Teodoro "Teddy Boy" Locsin Jr. of the first district and LDP's Agapito "Butz" Aquino of the second district, and 16 candidates for the city council.
