The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has initiated moves to resolve a legal tussle in which it found itself after illegally terminating N900million airport advertising concession agreement signed with Promoworld Limited.

In a letter dated December 18, 2003, ref no FAAN/12A/01088 to Promoworld's solicitors, Falana & Falana Chambers, titled Re: Illegal Termination of Concession Agreement: Appointment of Arbitrator, FAAN wrote: "We refer to your letter dated November 24, 2003 in respect of the above subject matter.
