Karachi, Dec 21 PPI: Federal Information Minister Shaikh Rashid Ahmed Sunday said that postings and transfers of top officers of Pakistan Army was a "routine matter."During December and March every year such postings and transfers take place in normal course", Shaikh Rashid said while replying to a question at press conference in Karachi.He said that high tech explosives were used in the attempt on life of President Musaharraf in Rawalpindi last week.
