NTT DoCoMo (Japan), mobile phone operator, has announced plans to close NTT DoCoMo Telecomunicacoes Brasil (Brazil), subsidiary, and to sell its stake in Sudeste Cel Participacoes (Brazil), mobile phone holding company.
