GUANGZHOU, December 22, SinoCast -- Microsoft has received another heavy blow on its effort to participate in the e- government affair market in the mainland China. Earlier, Guangdong Provincial Government announced that it would purchase Linux-based software, hardware and middleware in the e- government affair construction.
