MTNA Executive Director Gary L. Ingle has been elected to a two-year term as president of the National Music Council. Ingle assumed his duties as president in October.
"I'm so pleased at the election of Gary Ingle to the office of president of the National Music Council," said David Sanders, National Music Council executive director. "It really reaffirms the commitment of the NMC membership to placing music education advocacy at the forefront of the Council's agenda."
Ingle has represented MTNA on the National Music Council's board of directors for two years.
