KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 12 (Bernama) -- The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) in consultation with the Securities Commission (SC), has publicly reprimanded Penas Corporation Bhd for the breach of Paragraph 9.19(19) of its Listing Requirements (LR).

Although Penas is no longer listed on the KLSE, the breach was committed while it was listed on the official list of the exchange.

Penas was delisted on Nov 6, 2003 and Vintage Bhd assumed the listing status in place of Penas. …
