An Onitsha-based legal practitioner, Mr Onyechi Araka has dragged the Anambra State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Jideofor Chuka Okoli to an Onitsha High Court for allegedly falsifying his age with a view to remaining in office after attaining the statutory retirement age of 65.

In a suit number 0/673/2003, in which Hon.
