Ritchie Bros. Wraps Up its Largest Year Ever in Southern California with a Big Two-Day Auction.

Today, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers announced the results of the December 8 and 9 sale held at the Company's permanent auction site in Perris, CA, with gross auction sales of over US$20 million. Including these auction results, this is the largest year ever for Ritchie Bros.' Southern California region.
The auction included items for sale from some major complete dispersals and several fleet realignments. "It was a remarkable event that was very well attended," stated Steve Simpson, Divisional Manager for Ritchie Bros. "We had premium-quality equipment from respected contractors, and that made for really strong prices."
There were 1,577 registered bidders competing at the unreserved public auction, with an additional 374 qualified Internet bidders using the rbauctionBid-Live service to place real-time ...
